Abilities and aptitude:
(1). A load of brawn and muscle has turned Storm into an extraordinarily powerful avian.
(2). **Although there is a much less likely chance that Storm can fly than with Jet and Wave, there is still a good possibility he can. (Speculation: This is a tentative statistic, but Storm is an Albatross, the bird with the greatest flying distance and largest wingspread. If that is the case, then a big enough wingspread would be able to compensate for and support Storm's massive bulk.)
Hobbies and talents:
(1). Highly adept Extreme Gear airboarder.
(2). Also proficient in other types of Extreme Gear including hoverskates and airbikes.
(3). Seasoned thief and talented with sleight of hand.
Weaknesses:
(1). On his feet, Storm is very slow and sluggish with his movements.
(2). Is also somewhat slow on the uptake when it comes to brains and is easily outdone when it comes to verbal skirmishes as well, especially with Wave.
Physical Appearance:

Items & weapons: N/A
Vehicle(s):
(1). A gray and yellow Type S power-based Extreme Gear airboard for durable and destructive airboarding, constructed by Wave the Swallow. It was updated later on by Wave with a wider base that supports Storm's massive bulk.
Personality details:
Storm the Albatross, with as much power as he has at his very disposal, is admirably loyal to Jet. Serving as the muscle behind the Babylon Rogues and as Jet's right-hand man, Storm for the most part knows how to accentuate his power with a rough and tough attitude. But even the most intimidating force of nature such as him can have his shortcomings. When Storm gets excited or ill at ease, he tends to stutter and even reverse his badass disposition and convert to a behavior which would belong to a clumsy oaf.
Out of the Rogues, Storm is by far the most sympathetic since he is always quick to apologize to those he hurts unintentionally, physically or emotionally… especially to Jet if he fails a mission or somehow insults his pride or dignity. However, he'll never fall back on maintaining his own high and mighty status when engaged in another argument with his partner in crime, Wave the Swallow. To him, it's almost as if they are rivals and live off of bugging each other. In the end, in spite of all of that which may hinder his threatening appearance, Storm has a very quick temper and is known to jump right into a brawl without second thoughts and is still quite daunting.
Historical biography:
Storm the Albatross is most likely the oldest out of the current generation of Babylon Rogues, and serves his purpose in the group quite well. As expected, his past before he began his work with the avian team is all a blur. Serving as the brawn behind the crew, Storm puts the smackdown on those who are stupid enough to oppose, and is not at all hesitant to humbly take an order from his 'boss,' as he'd call him, Jet the Hawk. As per usual, it was only a matter before some overdue opposition would come in the form of one Dr. Ivo Robotnik.
Storm, just as interested in finding the lost treasure of the Babylon Gardens as Jet, wasn't by any means resistant to gladly accept an entry into the race where he formed an immediate rivalry of power with Knuckles. However, such a squabble was but of nominal importance when taking into account the reliability of Eggman. So at that point, Jet, who now felt suspicious towards the dastardly doc, sent the Albatross on a mission to salvage any information at Eggman's Ice Factory that could perhaps give them any clues as to what Eggman was really up to. Of course, the loyal Storm would return with more than enough results (especially considering the fact that he wasn't allowed to return otherwise).
Much to their regret for believing Eggman in the first place, it turns out the 'good doc' sent the Rogues on a wild goose chase to win the Grand Prix and thus the Chaos Emeralds and use the ancient cube passed down to Jet to resurrect the Babylon Gardens so Eggman could take the cube and sneak in himself and use it to nab the treasure. He considered that maybe the technology could help rule the world, but when he found out it was a mere magic carpet, needless to say, the ole' dastardly doc was tremendously pissed. Of course, to Storm, a magic carpet wasn't all that interesting, especially considering his lack of input when they found the treasure. So he gladly parted from Sonic and company for the time being to once again pursue a life of rule-breaking with his two cohorts as the infamous Babylon Rogues.
Personal information:
Greatest friend(s): Jet the Hawk and Wave the Swallow (that status hangs by a thread, though).
Other friend(s): Unknown.
Rival(s): Knuckles the Echidna.
Enemy(s): Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik.
Likes: Jet, Money or riches of any kind, treasure, airboarding, starting fights and brawling with others, and seems to enjoy picking on Wave every chance he gets.
Dislikes: The presence of Knuckles the Echidna, having to wait on anything, being one-upped by Wave in a battle of wits, failure to meet Jet's standards on any particular assignment, being threatened or if his masculinity and toughness is compromised in anyway. He dislikes any new rivals to the Babylon Rogues as well.
Favorite food(s): Unknown.
Favorite color(s): Unknown.
Occupation: Muscle of the Babylon Rouges. In that respect, Storm is a thief; he gets what he wants by stealing.
Place of residence: Storm seems to congregate primarily in a very large Babylon Rogues' skyship piloted by Jet.
