Yo. It's Ryan. Just thought I'd fill you in on what I've been up to in my absence.

So, Concept: "Mobius" has been sitting there, without a leader, for about two months or so. During this time, said leader has been doing a lot of thinking about his role. Most of the problems with the site have been my own doing. To be blunt, I've been letting my own personal problems (of which there are many) affect how I ran the place. It lead to not being able to keep people on staff, no significant progress being made in getting the site finished and just me being a pain in the ass to work with.

Now that I've had a chance to do some introspecting and some chatting with certain members of my team, I've also discovered that another big obstruction was trying to limit our options and methods and attempting to do everything ourselves. Clearly, this isn't gonna cut it if we want this site to get finished. The fact that I had to leave with Sonic's 20th Anniversary around the corner only makes this worse.

Now, one of the things that has been suggested to me (in the past and now) is that we start some groups on DeviantART, Facebook and other places. Is there anything else that would hep the site thrive and progress? What am I forgetting? Are there any words of wisdom that would benefit my recovery or help me as a leader?

Anything, from friendly words of encouragement to constructive criticism, will help. Heck, even if it has nothing to do with this place at all, I'd appreciate any advice you may have. All I ask is that you be honest.
